1. 1Story missions switch between Jason and LuciaMissions can hand control between the two mid-mission, with each handling a different objective, and flow straight into and out of cutscenes. When they're close together the switch is near-instant; when apart, the camera pulls up across the map.
2. 2Money gates the storyRecaps say the story can ask you to raise a certain amount of cash before it moves on. Expect to mix side work between story beats. Our money guide covers the fastest early income shown so far.
3. 3Side jobs: robberies, protection and deliveriesBeyond the story, the footage shows store robberies, bank jobs, protection work and deliveries for contacts.
4. 4Follow the Focus system, not just map markersRecaps describe a Focus system that highlights opportunities in the world without filling the map with icons. Look around: people and places react to you.
5. 5Watch for random encountersStrangers recognize the protagonists, internet stunts unfold on the street, and NPCs confront you if you follow or eavesdrop too long.
6. 6Use the activities to build the relationshipActivities aren't just side content: time spent together (shopping, salons, exercise, even robberies) strengthens Jason and Lucia's bond.
7. 7Know where activities areScuba diving and boat parties in the Leonida Keys, hunting, fishing, kayaking and off-road trails in Mount Kalaga, airboats in the Grassrivers, dirt bikes in Port Gellhorn, and beaches, clubs, mini golf and pool in Vice City. Plan a route between them with Directions on the TrackerVI map.
